Gausa is an artisanal blend of ingredients such as Organic Green Tea, Organic white Wine and Organic grape juice, all certified ingredients.

And there are no added sugars. This is achieved by cold-infusing Hunan Green Tea in clay jars at the Winery for over twelve hours, combining it with white Wine and grape must in a very careful production process.

No sugars are added in this process; it only contains the natural sugars from the grape must.
